Today was a good day, a great day
Inside and out .. .. .. The sun shone
It was a day for nourishing my body, mind and soul
Gym & Massage in the morning
The afternoon was for pedicures with friends, followed by coffee with another
Live and Guns n Roses filled my home LOUD
Until the kids came home from school
It was a good day, a great day ...
