Today I Flew

At a speed of 200km (120 miles) an hour today I flew through the sky for an adrenalin packed 50 seconds before the parachute opened at 5,000ft and I was free just me and my tandem jump master.
With views as far down as the West Coast (South Island) and as far up as Mt Taranaki (North Island) with a couple of glimpses of Mt Ruapehu it was the most stunningly gorgeous day.
Thank You SkyDive Motueka for keeping in smiles all day long
Thank You to my gorgeous friends who put in together to throw me out of an aeroplane for my 40th birthday gift

Congrats! part of me thinks that would be fun, but the other part knows I could never jump out of the plane.

Pretty spectacular way to spend your birthday. We often watch the skydivers when we are in Mot. My parents live there.
