Knitted Slippers

After my complete frustration at the Steiner School 'beginners' crochet slipper pattern
I pulled out my knitting needles and fell back on an ole faithful slipper pattern

Cast on 20 stitches of double stranded 8 ply
Knit for 12cm (this fits a 2 year old)
Knit 2 together for a row
Knit 2 together Knit 2 repeat
Thread yarn through remaining stitches
Pull together and sew 3cm up (creates front)
Fold in half sew up back

These can also have a Mary Jane strap attached and embellished

Ta da
One pair of knitted slippers

Very lovely Cat...this is simple enough that I may be able to knit a pair for myself.
