Dear Blogshpere

Dear Blogshpere

You know what, I had been having second thoughts about us. I had been thinking not only might we need some time apart, but, we might have to break up altogether.

It wasn't you.
It was me.

I was thinking I didn’t love you anymore. I was thinking it couldn’t work out between us.
There were more creative blogs. Prettier blogs. Better blogs.
I kept comparing myself.

2013 happened, "things" happened, and I was thinking to survive I would concentrate on what made me smile and let you go completely. I was REALLY thinking that (I even told some people)

Then I started thinking about WHY I started blogging ... and golly gosh you know what … I realised I love you, blogosphere.

Without you, I wouldn’t have this bunch of gorgeous woman I have met, in real life or through my computer from around NZ and the world.  I wouldn’t have had the confidence or support through the last year when life became really hard and the black dog crept back.

Forgive me?

I think I might hang around and start posting again ...

Oh my gosh! I was very scared to begin with, thinking there MUST be a twist to this plot!

Thank you, Lord, there was!

I don't comment much, but I do love your interwebby space. :)

To everything there is a season. I hope your season with us continues. I think we all fall out of love from time to time, and then like you, remember why we came here in the first place. I wish for you a happy and healthy new year.

Comparison is the thief of joy - it really is. Hope you get to be happy with whatever you choose to share and do x

We all blog for different reasons and comparison is not healthy. And anyway you cannot stop blogging, I was looking forward to see how your "mood" blanket progressed. Take care, SS

I'm very happy to hear that you have fallen in love with blogging again. I always read but don't always comment and I do enjoy reading about what is happening in your part of the world. Please don't compare your blog to others. We are all different and your readers love to read about you and what makes you special.
Love and hugs, Jan Mac
