The Changes In Me


Over the past 6 weeks I have been going to the gym every day 
Pump - I'm now lifting double from when I started 
CX Works - 30 minutes of hard out core work 



The serenity 
The calm
At 6am Balance class - this is how I start my day and end my week every Friday morning
Balance - Is my new best friend


Running and Walking the local pipeline whilst Philosopher rides his bike beside me 
Cardio to get my heart rate pumping 

I've given up (read cut back from up to 4/5 a day down to 1) my coffee addiction
Herbal tea and I we've reached an understanding 

So I bid 2013 farewell and am grateful for my lessons and experiences and I welcome 2014 and embrace the changes . . .
